Nutella Lamingtons

This week I thought I’d make something traditionally Australian for the upcoming national holiday – The Lamington. Oh goodness they’re amazing. If you’re reading this post in some exotic country and have never heard of lamingtons, well then you’ll HAVE to try this recipe – there’s no two ways around it. They’re small squares of sponge cake, dipped in chocolate and covered in coconut (and sometimes with a strawberry/raspberry jam filling).
