I’m baaaaaaaaaaaaaack! It’s been a while since I posted here – over a month – and I’m sorry for such a long break but so much has happened in those 5 little weeks. I’ve been so busy lately, even this post was a bit of a rush (hence why I haven’t written much) but I figure you’re all here to see the pretty pictures and read the recipes anyway. Right? Christmas and New Years are behind us, and I’m well and truly back into the swing of things. This was my first shoot for the year and honestly, I felt a little rusty! It’s actually been quite a while since I photographed some food. I completed shooting all the Christmas recipes at the end of November (ages ago). All December was spent posting on the blog and getting the book ready for print. As I said last week, although it was a mammoth undertaking, it was all totally worth the effort!
A couple of weeks ago we went to George Calombaris’ restaurant Hellenic Republic and had one of the tastiest meals in a while. I haven’t tried a lot of Greek food, apart from the odd souvalaki here or there, so it was exciting to see what would come out.
