I had the best ‘work’ day ever on Friday. Our first port of call was to the ACMI to see the Hollywood Costumes exhibit. This is a must-see for anyone who loves movies, costume design or fashion. Tim Burton’s Catwoman costume, the Marilyn Monroe dress (you know, THE dress) and the period costumes were amongst my faves… BUT it’s not just for the girls; Seb’s ears pricked up when I told him about the costumes from The Big Lebowski, Terminator and Batman. This weekend we popped over to the Camberwell market for a little snoop around. Boy there were

It was my very first one, and let me tell you, it certainly lived up to the hype!  Everything was cooked to perfection and so damn tasty. The entree was an assortment of unusual (but delicious) Tempura goodies.  I’m talking zuccini flowers and sesame leaves.  The sesame leaves (as in the seeds) were super crunchy and had a

On our way home from London (over a year ago now – eip!) we swung past Thailand for one last cheeky little holiday!  One of our ‘things to do’ whilst there was to do a Thai cooking course.  I looked forward to learning how to cook some of their a-mazing food so we found a little cooking school right on the beach in a quiet coastal part of Koh Lanta.  We were able to choose 5 different dishes to cook including a red curry paste and the age old favourite
