Bonjour! I can’t believe it’s been four months since I posted here. I’ve practically deserted the blog but it hasn’t been just for the hell of it. A few big things have been happening behind the scenes here. I look forward to sharing a bit more with you in the next few weeks but here are the top three things that have taken up a lot of time/effort/mental capacity: 1. Chilli Chocolate Popcorn, Cinnamon & Coconut Popcorn, Paprika & Garlic Savoury Popcorn – a special post for Deja-View Cinema!
Well well well! Yet again it’s been a busy week and it’s been a bit of a strange week making curtains, screens and popcorn. Yep I’ve been helping Seb (my other half who’s one third of the design studio Open Season) with his passion project – Deja View Cinema. It’s been so incredibly hot in Melbourne this past week. It’s not too bad during the weekdays when I’m at work (in the safety of the air con with a cardigan on!). I’m not really a superhero kinda gal, but I’ve always been a big fan of Batman. As a little kid I’d always race home from school to watch Batman (the cartoon) on TV, whilst devouring Promite on toast. Anyway, after the flicks we popped into a sweet little bar called Southpaw on Gertrude
Yesterday was the Adeline & Lumiere ONE YEAR BLOGIVERSARY! Can you believe it? Oh my, how time flies. This year has been a huge learning curve in terms of my food photography and styling. I cringe when I look back at some of my first photos (please don’t go back and look at them)! I’m almost tempted to go back and re-post new photos but I think it’s good to remember how far things have progressed. It’s also been one year since we moved to the wonderful city of Melbourne.
